Hi,

I am trying to bring VHS tapes to computer. I bought and downloaded magix video saver. It take me choose only from these two:

choose from these two

Cyperlink webcam splitter 6.0 OR Hp truetelevision HD.

After that choose from these two (RECORD VALUE):

DVD or custom

It doesn't matter which ones I choose, it always says that: It doesn't support record format.

So where is the problem???
