WHen downloading gopo video into magix video maker 2016 it plays out of sync , voice does not match video which is sticky on play back. how do i resolve this issue.
What is your computer specification - please be specific - processor make/model, RAM, hard drive(s) capacity and free space, graphics card/chipset used and Windows version.
my OS is fine Win 10, 64 bit, 4gb ram,intel (r) celeron (r) cpu E3300 2.50ghz.
i have just mad a vid using gopro footage with no probs but now its playing up with bad sync probs and sticky play back through my MAgix Video pro 2016.
For smoother playback of HD video on the timeline your computer is below the minimum specification required for HD video.
There are some settings which may help achieve a better playback, however this is not guaranteed ensure you have the following options set
Use proxy files - the downside is you will have to wait until these have been created when you add video to the timeline - this can take a long time - the setting is in the Projects settings
Change the monitor resolution - right click the lightning symbol bottom right of the preview monitor and check these settings
If this still causes issues then it may be time to upgrade your computer - if you decide to do this then I would recommend a quad core Intel i5 or i7 with at least 16GB of RAM and at least a 1TB hard drive and use the integrated graphics chip of the processor - IMHO it is not necessary to have a seperate graphics card eg NVidia or AMD.

Unfortunately, my very recent experience leads me to disagree with you, John! I'm still building my new computer (Win 10 Pro 64 bit, Intel i7 6700K, 32 Gb RAM) and originally I ran my monitor direct from the MOBO. Unfortunately, I was experiencing rather frequent picture break-up or even complete loss of picture - not good for video editing! The purchase and installation of a not-particularly high-end graphics card (AMD Radeon R7 360) has cured that problem.
I was hoping to save money by NOT purchasing a separate graphics card but...!
My experience with a new system very similar to yours is that the onboard graphics works very well for preview and export of 1080 50p H264 video. You must have something else going on with the symptoms you describe. Do you have the latest graphics driver from Intel? You will need to find it manually from the Intel site.....their update utility seems to be broken. Actually I think from memory the driver update search from Device manager found mine for me.
One thing though that I think the Discreet card could benefit is preview with any of the New Blue effects which cause stuttering with the iGPU, with GPU-Z showing a max out of the GPU load at 100% at times.
So I am still looking for a good Video card. Can you tell me anything more about the Radeon R7? Can it utilise Open GL for for Hardware acceleration on export with the Mainconcept encoder, as the recent Nvidia's have lost this facility with Cuda. Besides I have had 2 Nvidias fail on me after after not many years of what I would call relatively light usage by MEP (ie no gaming). Radeons seem to have a larger memory bus width for the same money which I think is usefull for the acceleration of effects on preview.
Thanks
Peter
Which exact card did you get as there are quite a few connotations of that Chipset.
