If I understand your question, and you have some places that are way too loud, it sounds like you need to use the 'Volume curve' feature of your program. First you will need to display your video and audio on a separate tracks and then do a right click on the audio and pick 'Volume curve'. You can now click on this line a make points to drag up and down to alter the volume it specific points:

Sorry, I thought 'too big level' meant too loud and that you wanted it reduced, not eliminated. The picture I attached shows the volume curve lowered some -- it can as easily be lowered to zero:

An alternative might be to ungroup the audio from the video and actually cut out the problem bit, but I think you are limited to single frame (eg 1/25 sec) precision.
