Magix Vegas Pro 19

After installing Windows 11 I have had a lot of problem with my Vegas Pro 19 and Vegas 16

Program will not open when I 2-click on icon.

Then I tried to re-installed program and then it open.

So I turn off my PC and start again. Then it will not open.

Any solution on this problem?
