Magix Travel Maps

Gwyndy wrote on 1/22/2021, 9:02 AM

I have just purchased Movie Edit Pro and am trying to understand Magix Travel Maps. According to the help file - 'Path properties can be adjusted under "Path & Locations". "Draw curves" lets you create paths with soft, curving lines.'
I cannot find the 'draw curves' option anywhere. Can anyone help with this please?

@Gwyndy

Hi and welcome to the forum.

. . . . I cannot find the 'draw curves' option anywhere. . . . .

The line type - curved or straight is this option:-

In anticipation of your another question you may ask (😄), I would also suggest you see this comment.

Many thanks. I have tried again and now see the difference between checking and unchecking the 'line property' box. I had managed to work out that inserting and then hiding multiple locations produced the required track but I was specifically looking for a check box that was labelled 'Draw curves'. Onwards!!!

Hi all, loving Travel Maps! I just have a couple of questions and this is my first time using this. I've created the animation so you can see what I'm talking about. You will see that the icon I created for the 'traveling' icon, is on top of the location icon when it starts and ends. Can I create a delay so that you see the location icon, then the travelling icon and finally, just the location icon. I hope this makes sense, but you should see what I mean on the following recording. Also, how can I increase the size of the map slightly?

@Lillian-Fidler

Hi Lillian,

I suggest that you create a separate post for this as your question has nothing to do with the OP's question which was resolved almost 3 year ago. We can help you better there.
