Magix Service Center does not display "My Products" to get serial #s

I cannot download SOUND FORGE Audio Studio 15. When I use the link my retailer provided to SOUND FORGE, "Magix Service Center" does not display "My Products" to provide serial numbers as claimed in instructions. I look forward to using your product.

@john-c9263 Try http://www.magix.net/redeem You can enter a download code there and then you should get a serial number to register Sound Forge to your user account.
