Hello I recently purchased MAGIX PC Check & Tuning 2022 and I am trying to remove duplicate files on my system.
It keeps giving me this error when I try the option.

Sorry to hear about the problems you are experiencing with Magix Check and Tuning but I suspect there are very few users of that software who visit here and so are able to help you. I think you need to create a Support Ticket, by clicking the Support link at the top of any forum page. Read carefully through each following page and always choose the option to Ask Support.
