Magix Music Maker Premium 2014

The so called 1000 sounds? Why oh why oh why can i not download them? I have downloaded the so called PDF file which apparently gives download information but it won't open!? I have tried opening it with several programmes with no luck. When trying to download the 1000 sounds via the catooh button on theMMM it opens a window saying that there is no internet connection when the computer is actually online! I'm growing tired of constanly being asked to log in to my account just to go round in circles....can anyone help???

Check your firewall settings are allowing the program to access the Internet.

Without knowing which one you have it is difficult to advide more.

I'm using Google Chrome as my browser but the catooh button opens up the default internet explorer which i don't use, even using the default browser i'm given the option to save or find the PDF file but clicking on either option just re-opens the browser giving the same option, run or save?

This means that IE is set as your default browser and not Chrome. Depending on which version of Windows you have the procedure for changing this is different, for Win 7 and 8 this can be changed in the Default programs settings.

This is often caused by the Internet security settings being set too high, an antivirus/firewall/web protection software plugin eg McAfee or Norton are stopping the download, or the download location is not accessible.

you could just go http://www.catooh.com log in form there i know Magix makes everything so hard lately. How much did you pay ? Im not paying 100$ for it since I have so many problems with all there new programs since windows 8 . The only reason IM LOOKING TO GET PREMIUM is in good faith that its nothing like Music maker 2013

Until you fix the problems you are having with your computer then you will just go fromfrom one problem to the next with no resolution.
