Magix Music Maker 15 asks me for original disk, while it is in?

I installed the program, what seemed successfully. I started the program, which appeared, then it said it was verifying my disc in a small, seperate window. It then showed an error message that suggested I did not have the original installation disc in the drive, which I did. Why won't it verify, and let me use the program?

One thing to mention:

-My virus protection was scanning at time of installation.

I had the same thing happen .It doesn't seem to have anything to do with the disk . You need an unlock code . You have to install a piece of software called um3_setup.exe or MAGIX Unlockmaster 3 . After installing that you are asked to get a code by e-mail . I had to wait 4 days because they don't work on xmas and weekends apperently ;-/ Here's the link to the MAGIX Unlockmaster 3 ( um3_setup.exe )    http://support.magix.net/magix_relaunch/php/page.php?page=download&cat=6926&id=10659

That happened to me to.  I bought the disk February 10th, 2010 and installed it twice, and then formated my computer and then reinstalled the CD.  Finaly, I realised it was the program not my computer.  I downloaded the unlock program and now I'm waiting for an email to unlock.  I REALY shouldn't have to wait this long to use a program I spent 65 dollars on!
