Magix Music Maker 12 Install Problem?

Reformatted my entire hard drive, installed MMM 12 and upon loading, it hangs up when the load window says "checking limitations"... cant figure out why it is not working now. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

I am seeing this problem as well, running on Windows 7 with compatibility set to Windows XP SP2. Does Magix answer these questions? I see that this one is already a month old.

I have actually been experiencing the same problems as well, had to reboot my machine about 7 times, but still no luck, tried all kinds of compat modes.. I really wan't this program to work!
