Please remember these are user to user forums, not Magix Support.
I suspect there are very few users able to fully understand your crash report, and I am certainly not one of that small group, but I do see these two lines in the report:
Sig[3].Name=Fault Module Name Sig[3].Value=Essentials.ofx
So, it would seem the problem is caused by your installation of NB Essentials. Perhaps you need to see if you can uninstall this add-on and then retry to run MMS?
I would suggest you create a Support Ticket to ask Technical Support for their assistance. Start with the Support header from any forum page and follow carefully through each subsequent page, always choosing the option to "Ask Support".

Was your copy of Windows 11 a fresh install or an upgrade?
Have you tried right clicking the start icon and and selecting 'Run as Administrator'?
@emmrecs has commented their is an issue with the NB Effects plugin.
From the crash log, which I have edited to shown only relevant information, there is a 'hardware issue' which may be related to the drivers for the Nvidia GTX 1660 Ti.
Are the drivers up to date, the current version is 545.92 (31.0.15.4592) ?

I had created a support ticket before posting in this forum.I am yet to get any reply.I had also asked them if they would refund the paid amount in case if the issue is not resolved.Any info on their refund policy if the issue remains unrewsoved?
