This is making me soooo mad right now. I know the program will open .wmv and .avi because i can open other files that are the same type. Just not the ones i want. Any ideas?

Also i originally had the file i wanted in avi, but when i brought it in there was no audio. And i know theres audio on the file cuz when i play it on media player theres audio. So i then re downloaded the file as .wmv but it wouldnt let me open it.
