Magix lab 2004 c/w an ion USB turntable?

Can magix lab 2004/software be used with an ion turntable that connects to computer with usb rather than cables or leads etc? Thanks

Hi,

I see no reason why it would not work provided you have the right USB drivers that Audio Cleaning lab can recognize. The easiest way to be sure is to download the trial and see if it works.

Thanks George - that was quick! The turntable came with E-Z software that requires iTunes that I don't want at this stage in the process but my magix pack came with 'old' cables that connected to the soundcard via line-in. So I'm just wondering whether magix software will co-operate with a usb connection? You think I should give it a go?

Absolutely give it a go, why not, you really have nothing to loose other than you may have to come back and say it did not work and see if we can come up with any other ideas.

By the way, to be clear, none of us here work for Magix, this is really a user forum.
