Magix is double charging me every month, How can I contact them??

Magix has been double charging me and I just now caught it, How can I contact them? anyone know. I have to say the customer service end is terrible, no phone or email?? come on

There isn't a place to cancel my card number. That would be a solution if they don't contact me back. I'd really like to just purchase the vegas pro 19 hard copy on a disc instead of this monthly subscription.
