MAGIX 2016 VIDEO WILL NOT PLAY UNLESS ANALISED BY PRO DAD

Help please, used magix for years, upgraded to Magix 2016, but having problems with MP4 video downloaded from my wifes Siny camera, the audio can be heard but the picture will not play unless its analised by Prodad, have I got something setup wrong, Thanks in anticipation

AFAICS that you have chosen the option to use one of the Prodad plugins eg Mercalli image stabilisation, but not completed the addition of the effect add a video to the timeline or reset the video effect to cancel it.

Does the message come up if you start a new project - ie File, New Project and add the video to the timeline?

No, it dosnt appear that way.

But it works ok after analising?
