Hi,

Congratulations on your purchase. Did you get the Premium version or regular?

Please explain what you mean by lagging.

Do you mean that bringing a video clip into the program slows down the computer?

If so, please post the specifications of you computer and operating system.

Do you mean that the video and audio are not synchronized?

If so, go into File -> Program settings, look under Video and remove the check from Automatically adjust video to BPM during import, then try bringing in your video or graphics clip again.

Let know how you make out.

my desktop has a 1tb hard drive fresh install of windows 7 ultimate, 8g ddr3 intell core i7 processor 3.7gh clocked at 4.1. there cant be anyway that its my computer.. the prolem lays when i drag a 15sec graphic loop video clip onto the program its lags the program. but if i pull the video loop off its fine..
