I purchased music maker 25 in 2019. The laptop I had it on had a new harddrive installed and I'm looking to download and reinstall the program. However, when I go to my account links, I see the product and purchase date but no download link or serial number.

You have posted this question in a PM to me, to which I have replied and suggested how you should proceed.
Why, therefore, have you also posted here??? No-one is going to be able to give you any other ideas than what you have already been told (to contact infoservice@magix.net and ask for their help).
However, since you now say you purchased MM 25 in 2019 where, exactly, did you purchase it from since the "2019" version of MM was at least version 27?
