@Brie65 All registered products can be found in your customer account at Magix.com.

@Brie65

Hi

If you had already installed and activated the software after you bought it, log in to your account at magix.com.

The account icon is top right of the home screen, and use the email address and password used to activate the software with. Then to My Products - there you should see your serial number.

@Brie65

If the software is not listed in your account it must be that you have not previously installed, registered and activated it. Without strictly following that process the software can never have been working properly! For some days after you first installed it, a maximum of 30 I think, it would have functioned in Trial Mode; after that period it simply would not run.

So, is this a new, first time installation? If it is not, you must have used a different email address to register it originally. It doesn't matter if that address no longer exists; you simply need to use it to log into that account, at which point you should follow John's advice about finding the serial number and update your registered email in the User data area.

@Brie65 If you never installed and registered the software in the past you might be able to get a replacement serial number from customer support by showing them your Amazon order details. For this, please contact sales support at infoservice@magix.net and ask them for assistance.

Be aware, that this is pure goodwill from Magix whether they will give you another license or not.
