Lost remaining free instruments and soundpools following update

My original purchase was Music Maker 2018 Premium which came with a number of 'free' instruments, soundpools, etc. I had selected and successfully downloaded and used a number of them in the past but following a software update I was prompted to install when starting the program, I lost the option of 'purchasing' my remaining free instruments, soundpools,etc. Prior to the update I still had the option of purchasing a number of instruments etc but this now shows zero balance. I have tried relogging into my account but nothing seems to restore the previous remaining freebies. Can somebody please let me know what I need to do to re-instate them?

@Walter-Zimmermann Please go into the program settings and click on the button to clean up the store. Maybe this will help. This will delete the old cache which can cause such problems.
