Lost my soundpool credits MM 22 Humble Bundle

I recently purchased the humble bundle package, and had 3 soundpool credits, and 1 soundpool collections credit. I updated the software and lost my 3 soundpool credits and am left with 1 soundpool collection credits. How can I fix this because I really wanted to use those credits.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

Unfortunately, when you updated the software, presumably to MM2024, the unused Soundpool credits would automatically disappear, I think, sorry.

You could try emailing infoservice@magix.net to explain what has happened and ask if they will reinstate the availability of those downloads.

Try signing out and back in. My credits disappeared the other day but signing in again brought them back.
