lost my purchased instruments

i cant access my instruments ive paid for im being asked to purchae again WHY? Im beginnig to think this piece of software is a complete shambles,The technical support for my problem is 4 days wait for an answer ....this is unaccetable as i have spent nearly 500 uk pounds on this ,any help will be appreciated

@Stephen-Brady Open the program settings, clean up the store, log out and back in again and try if the instruments will be usable again.

Hi

Are you logged in to the Store?

If so logout - the program should restart, then login to the Store again.

If that does not work, what is the full name of Music Maker are you using, and the version number as found under - see under Help, About?

Can you also post a screen shot of the Instruments tab - blank out your email address top right of the screen before posting the screen shot.
