Lost Instument serial numbers.

I have just reinstalled Music Magic 2017 Premium and i can't seem to find the store as shown in the picture so i can reinstall a couple of instruments i have bought. I have heard i need serial numbers for these instruments to reinstall but unfortunatly i have lost these. Is there anyway to get them back.

The in-app-store was added with an update to the 2017 premium edition.

Why not switch to the newest music maker 27? You can remove the limitis of the free version by using your 2017 premium edition.

So do i just uninstall 2017 Premium and then install Music Maker 27 then use the serial code for it??

Hi,

Try going to Help, Update program online. It may propose the newest version. If so, install it. If not, you can uninstall 2017 or just install the new version.

Under Activation, make sure that you activate or have already activated all previous and present MMM codes. Then go to the Store and download and install everything to which you have free access. Under Store, there is a popdown menu for More Soundpools; more instruments, more presets more features. Make sure to click on the gear and turn on "Show purchased items." Go through each menu item.

Anything that you have purchased through the Store will show up as available, unless you have used a different account or email address. No further activation codes are necessary.

If you purchased any instruments directly from the Magix website or prior to the invention of the in-app Store, then these will not work, unfortunately. You would have to contact Magix for help.
