Welcome to the Magix Sound Forge users forum @Steven-Bradshaw.

Read the 'Sticky' at the head for the main Sound Forge forum page.
Which version of SF? #, Audio Studio, Pro, Pro Suite
Was SF purchased from Magix?? (or a third-party seller like Best Buy)
Was it purchased singularly, or with the Vegas Pro package deal??? (third-party plug-ins are not included with the VP deal)

Sound Forge Pro 14.0 (Build 130) 64-bit
Purchased from Magix as a part of a Vegas Pro package deal (The iZotop RX editor and plugins came with it.)

@Steven-Bradshaw All activation codes should be listed in your order confirmation e-mail were you also found your Sound Forge serial number. But like rraud said, third party plugins are not included in the SF version that came with Vegas Pro.

@SP. Correct. I cannot find that email.

@Steven-Bradshaw You need to contact sales support at infoservice@magix.net and ask them to send you your mail again. If you are interested in iZotope Ozone 9 Elements then you can check out https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/komplete/ozone-elements-hybrid-keys-for-free/ where you can get it for free over the next ten days.

The third-party (iZotope) plug-ins (activation codes) are not included when SFP is included with Vegas Pro package purchase. Magix does not clearly state this and my (non-management) contacts at Magix don't know why either. So if you want the iZ Elements plugs, they must be purchased from iZotope.
