Loss Of Function

I am currently using a AI-1 Rode interface with an NT1-A Rode microphone to record voiceovers into an ASUS laptop running W10 through AS10 software. However, a couple of days ago the software failed to recognise the Rode hardware and I have been unable to record since. I also have Audacity and AS12 for back up and they are both recoding just fine. But AS 10 is my go to favourite and I would like to use it again with the Rode hardware. Any suggestions? Has anyone esperienced a similar problem and found a solution?. Will appreciate any assistance.

Hi Peter-Cassidy! hmmm...did you try selecting a different audio device type in your audio preferences? try clicking: options > preferences > audio > and in the audio device type window, try a different audio device/driver. i find that the windows classic wave driver works with just about any interface...maybe this will help. good luck!
