loss of extra track feature in mmm18 premium after program update

I started mmm18 as normal and was shown a new update that was needed.After instal my extra track feature completely vanished and was back to only 8 tracks.contacted services and they said i never had it which is so annoying because all my music is saved as more than 8 track and also in mp3 that can only be done with the extra track feature.has anyone else had this problem because magix isnt being helpful at all.

Hi,

The header says that you have Premium. Do you? Did you activate it in the updated version?

MMM 18? That would be very old. Do you mean 2018? What was the version that you had before updating (obviously too late to know)? And now? See under Help, About. The current version is 27.0.2.28. If the previous version was 25 something, then you upgraded to a new version and you have to download and install everything.

thanks john.it seems that i had to download it again after the instal.even though i used it before magix was insistent that i didnt have it,but after going into store again it said i still had free features to download so i got it again.thanks for tour help though.
