Loops Unlimited Payment taken but no access

Hey! like the title says, i have had a payment for "LU" come out of my bank account for this month and i havent recieved access to the soundpools. its asking me to purchase them. i am signed in with the correct account in the MMM program and cannot figure out why this has happened. any help would be greatly appreciated, paid for it on the 1st of october and i havent been able to use it since. TIA

Hey Stephen, I tried the above but no avail. It’s not my Soundpools Ive purchased that won’t load but my subscription seems to not be adhered to my account properly as the program is fully updated and I’m signed it, even my account online says the last payment was sept 1st and the Oct 1st payment doesn’t show. I’ll try emailing! Thanks for your help.
