The official Magix process to initiate a cancellation of any Magix subscription is set out in this document. I would strongly recommend to read it carefully, there are a number of conditions which you must meet in order to finalise any cancellation.

What have you previously tried to do to cancel your subscription? Have you tried to contact Magix Customer Service by email to infoservice@magix.net?
