Long photo moving pan

I have 2019 Movie Edit Pro. I want to place a long photo 5382 x 1080 in my video. Then I want a 1 minute scene in which the image section moves/pans from the left side of the image to the right side. How can I do this?

JohnCB, amazing! Great work. I have actually leant a lot about SP and Camera/Zoom through our discussions, so thanks to you and all for putting your points of view. Something that always bothered me was the inability to mix zooming and SP; I now see that using the zoom slider in SP will do that.

...That's actually not accurate. Using the up arrow to the right of the slider can take the zoom level up or down to any size you want to. Or just increasing the picture size using similar arrows...

And I learned that the Camera/Zoom works amazingly well on a panorama clip.

I too have learned something in this topic.

Alwyn when I first tested your method it did not work as you described, I suspect I may have clicked something else first, and with John CB additional info re the frame resizing, I now have another method in my armoury.
