@raymond-cooper Maybe it helps if you open the program settings and click on the button to clean up the store. This will delete the old cache and can solve problems.

Did that already still not letting me login. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. still same issue.

@raymond-cooper Does it help, if you go into C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\MAGIX\mm30 and delete the MusicMaker.ini file and start Music Maker again? This will reset some of your settings.

You can also try to disable your firewall or Windows Defender temporarily. If it works after doing this, you need to create a rule in the firewall settings which lets Music Maker connect to the internet.
