Logiciel gèle ou arrête - Software freeze or crash

Bonjour. J'aimerais acheter Musix Maker Premium. Je l'ai téléchargé pour voir s'il me convenait. En fait, je le trouve fantastique et c'est le logiciel que j'aimerais utiliser. Je suis Canadien, mais mon Windows est anglais et j'ai téléchargé la version anglaise. Je peux aussi utiliser la version française, c'est ma langue maternelle.

Mon problème est que le logiciel cesse de fonctionner sous Windows 10. Il fonctionne quelque temps puis gèle ou s'arrète et présente la fenêtre d'erreur. J'ai laissé quelques erreurs se tranmettre à MAGIX et d'autres vers Windows.  Voici les relevés de l'Event Manager après le message en anglais.

J'aimerais corriger la situation et me permettre d'acheter votre logiciel. Je découvre votre communauté et vos produits. J'espère être des vôtres bientôt.

Music Maker freeze or crash with the window showing options for redirecting errors to Window or to MAGIX. I let errors be transmitted  to both destinations. Windows errors in the Event Manager are listed below.

Working to resolve those issues. I hope to buy you software very soon. Magic Maker is absolutely fantastic and I look forward to be a member of your community.

Hi

The error messages indicate that there is an issue with Windows 10 and the video card drivers.

Try re-installing the software using the this procedure,

Before proceeding with step 12, reinstalling the software, ensure that the graphics drivers are up to date

Thank You for your help. The problem was that one of the graphic card was getting hot. I corrected the problem with the heat sink. Thanks for showing me were to look.

Music Maker is working well now. It is a fantastic product with a lot of functions. Great design.
