Load Project -- Program Extension message

Hi,

OS: Win 10

My Version: Premium Edition 2021 ---- 64 bit --- build 29.0.6.38.

It's been several months since I used the Premium Edition 2021.

When I select LOAD PROJECT I get a PROGRAM EXTENSION window that says that the project can not be loaded because I need the Premium Edition.

I have the Premium Edition 2021 so I don't understand what is going on. Any help is appreciated.

Make sure your logged into the shop. You can also clean up the store in the program options.

Hello

I was logged in. I did go to Program Settings and clicked on the reset button which corrected the issue.

Not sure what id did but thanks for your input!!
