@Emmanuel-Lopez-LlanosNo. You can only publish your works as your own songs or music. You cannot resell it for other people to make their music. They need to buy also a soundpool license for themselves.
Right, but what if I create something with a license purchased soundpool. Can I sell a beat that i create with a commercial license (royalty free) soundpool
Ok, so if I wanted to sell a beat that i create with a licensed soundpool, a rapper or producer would have to log into planet producer and purchase the same exact soundpool? I may be asking some dumb questions, I'm just trying to make sure I don't break any rules

Yes, that is imho correct.
You should also ask infoservice@magix.net for a definitve answer because I'm only interpreting the license terms. Maybe they are okay that you want to sell your beats to other people.
But in my opinion the commercial licence only allows that other people can pay you to listen to your music. It does not allow that other people can use your music for their own projects.
Ok, i was starting to think that Magix was a waste of money if you can't make any money out of it. So if I were to sell a beat (licensed ofcourse) and i tell someone that they need to purchased certain licenses, but they don't. That's on them right? I don't suffer any legal reprocussions correct

No. In my opinion you are violating the license terms because they clearly state "The direct or indirect sale of the content is generally prohibited."
Ok well that's something, so I can sell beats created from scratch with the instruments with nothing to worry about?. Are any liscences required for the purchaser in order to use my beat created from the instruments?
No, there are no licenses required for the purchaser. You just have to create your own melodies and not "steal" melodies from other people. But I think you know that already.
Yes I do, well that's some good news, now one more question and I'll leave you alone, back to soundpool (commercial royalty free) am I allowed to post a beat on youtube if I have the license?
I have hidden the latest series of posts to this thread because, as @browj2 says, the question from @Michael-Allen is irrelevant.
@Michael-Allen you mention your product as "Pro 18". Is that "Video Pro X" or perhaps "Vegas Pro 18"? If it is the latter, please read this pinned post and follow its advice.
As a general rule Magix products allow installation and activation on a maximum of two computers. If a third installation and activation is required an additional licence will need to be purchased.
