License key does not work

I purchased Music Maker Plus 2022 edition from the "Guitar Center" website. The License Key they Sent me Appears to be invalid. What Recourse do I have?

I did Install the Free Version first, And the License Number Has Neither a P3 or a G3 At the beginning.

Guitar Centre have not supplied you with a correct licence number then. You need to contact them I guess.

@SP. I too purchased a digital download from Guitar Center and struggled with the same issue. No where in the Guitar Center email or on the Magix website did I see a link or instructions to go to the .../redeem url. THANK YOU!!

Yes it did. The license key is used to redeem the purchase and then Magix provides you with the serial number and product info. I got the same info from Magix support but not before I read your post.
