Latest coupon not working?

Hello everyone, I have a small issue with a coupon I used today.

This was the coupon I used. I followed the steps of purchasing 3 soundpools of my choice (I used the 3 free ones by choice which came by buying the premium edition) and I looked at the digital receipt(s). I still don't get the "coupon" for the free VST. Any help? :(

Is there no coupon credit at the bottom of the Instruments screen under the Store?

No, I restarted Magix multiple times, checked an instrument, there is still nothing.

Log out of the Store and then log back in again and see if the coupons appear.

Hi,

See below. Under the Store, Instruments, do you see anything at the bottom like in the image?

If so, click on it to see which instruments you can purchase. Not all instruments are available to be purchased with credits.

This is all what I see. I logged out of my account several times and closed MAGIX to see if it has been fixed. Still not showing up. :(

There is no need to use a 3rd party site for uploading images to the forum - click the blue icon with the arrow pointing up, in the grey part at the top of the comment pane to upload images.
