Landing picture on a video

I did a video for a friends child that was on tv . but when I created a mpeg format the home page so to say is a differnt kid. Can I select a specific frame to create landing picture?

Yes, it is very easy

1. go to file and then settings, movie settings

2. the third tab is project settings

3. The last option allows you to pick a image to be the thumbnail or select one random or even one from your film.
