Keyboard Midiscart3 pro keys does work.

DeepMoodsetter wrote on 2/16/2014, 2:14 PM

Hi, I've had the package a year now.

And to be honest the Keyboard that came with the Magix package doesn't work half the time.

Make= Midiscart3 Pro Keys.

As I'm fairly busy all the time, I didn't have the time to look at the solution all that closely.

Any quick fixes for me to get the keyboard up and running ?

Thanks in advance !

'Well, lets see....you had it for a year and it works half the time...I suggest thats the time you use it.  You  have had a year to do a little rersearch on your own and apparently have done none, and now you are asking for help...I  admire your chutzpah, but stop there.

any one with a more constructive support on this issue ?

@gnarly... I do apologize for not having time enough post my question here sooner, I did try to do some research however, nothing seems to work. Hence the hope that more frequent Magix Musicmaker users might offer supporting solutions on this blog

Hi

That depends on what you mean by . . . . the Keyboard that came with the Magix package doesn't work half the time. . . .

If it did not work 'half the time' before the year was up why did you not get it replaced under warranty?

Come back with clear details of what it is not doing then maybe we can help.

John
