Please add more information: Your Music Maker version and the Operating system XP/Vista/Windows 7/Windows 8 or 8.1

Regarding sound problem did you check the driver's settings? Please choose proper driver.

Open program settings (press "Y" key on computer) under General Tab scroll down and look if ASIO driver is chosen or not? there is a drop down menu to choose from.

For Mp3, in some version it need to be unlock etc. Otherwise, if you remember the name of file you can search on computer or once again open Program settings click on Folder's tab and locate the path of Export folder. When you find that check that for your Mp3.

Note: there are tutorial available if you click Tutorials tabs above and search for Music Maker tutorials.

You listen to Nihon.....I have used Magix programs for 8 years and its major issue is that it is so user friendly, flexible and visually overwhelming....therre are buttons, dials,vu meters, screens, everywhere you look....it takes time to figure it all out....so invest some time and figure it out.  Don't blame the program itself for your shortcomings

We cannot help you unless you outline exactly what you are doing, in detail, step by step. The program can be very simple and very complex. If you bring in one soundpool loop onto the timeline, save the project using an easily remembered name, then export the "song" to an MP3 with the same name, noting the path as to where it places the MP3 file, you should be able to find it. We presume that you know how to use Windows Explorer to search for files.

Can't find mp3 after exporting?

Does the song open up in your music player after its exported?
