First, please read this post and give us ALL the information requested there. (You've actually told us nothing about your computer, nor even the version of MEP you're running.)
Second, the error messages headed "Videodeluxe" very strongly suggest your current project file has become corrupted. Hopefully you will have a recent back up file, with extension .BAK, that will allow you to return to a working version. Once you have found this version, make sure you immediately resave it under a new name.
Third, the folder C:\ProgramData is almost certainly hidden on your computer. If you tell us which version of Windows you are running we should be able to tell you how to unhide any hidden folders.
Finally, you say you are trying to import sound effects but the error messages seem to refer to missing noise print samples. So are these sound effects or audio effects? The former include things like thunder, rain, applause, etc.. The latter refer to effects which can be added to existing sounds in order to alter them.

Hi Jeff and thanks for a speedy response.
Ok I'm using MAGIX Movie Edit Pro (Please not I updated after posting so that may have sorted some problems) I have not file saved, and have reinstalled the program last night but did lose work done on a project before doing this.
My PC specs are: Using Windows 10
The files are MP3s from the website freeSFX.co.uk which are sounds like explosions, thunder record scratch effects and things like that.
Thanks for the updated information (though we still don't know exactly which version of MEP you have! Check under Help>About.)
So you are trying to import sound effects, so why are the error messages referring to Noise Print samples? Are you attempting to use noise reduction, or similar, on the samples?
You say you "updated after posting"; was that the program, or something else?
Please do re-read what both John and I have written in our previous posts and ensure you have supplied ALL the information requested. Then, please explain in detail, step by step exactly how you are importing these audio files to MEP and what you are doing to them. Incidentally, the fact they are mp3s could be exacerbating your problems - MEP prefers wavs - and I would strongly recommend converting them to wavs before attempting to import them. In the meantime, if you do not have the free MediaInfo it is available here. Please download and install it and point it to one of your mp3 files, then post the results of the Text view here.
Also, the top of this page will tell you how to unhide your hidden folders.
. . . .The files are MP3s from the website freeSFX.co.uk which are sounds like explosions, thunder record scratch effects and things like that . . .
The error message you have posted above is looking for a noise sample file which is part of the installed Movie Edit Pro program and is used when for the Audio effects, Denoiser, Hum removal effect.
The issue you are having depends on one of 2 cases:-
You have applied the noise removal effect to one or more of the audio objects on the timeline - in which case the project is most likely corrupt
OR
There is something wrong with the installation, and/or the account permissions you are using to install or run Movie Edit Pro.
I can see you are running Movie Edit Pro Premium (2017) and I suspect it it the Basic version and not the Plus or Premium version however we need to know the full name and version number as found under Help, About.
As Jeff has commented, please provide the information requested, generalised answers such as
. . . I'm all up to date with my software, also I've deleted all the files from Magix Audio Temp folder and will see if that works . . .
do not give us any information.
Help us to help you, by providing specific answers to the questions asked.
I had the same problem with the Buzz file in VPX and copied/pasted the same file from my other computer where I did not have the problem. One of the Moderators on the French forum had the same problem and I supplied the following solution
