Welcome to the Magix user to user forums. As such, there are no Magix staff here and no-one who visits here can do anything to help you to retrieve your money, sorry!
To resolve this you need to email infoservice@magix.net with full details of the problem, but you also need to be aware of the conditions relating to the cancellation of Magix subscriptions, which you can read here, paticularly section 2.
One other thought: Magix has not sold Designer Pro for some years, it is now exclusively a Xara product, so are you sure the charge was raised by Magix?
