Try resetting the program to its defaults - File, Settings, Reset. . . .

Thanks for trying.  :)

That does reset everything and appears to shutdown and restart the program.  but neither of the bars are working.

I'm guessing I just have to uninstall, 2014 version was actually a lot more stable.  Do they have a 64 bit version?

Check that you are patched up to date - the current version is 21.0.4.50

Yes that is my version 21.0.0.50 (UDPP3), I clicked "Update Online" It says I am up to date.

I have had a lot more issues since I moved to Win8.

I messed with compatibility mode and still nothing.  I don't get it.  It does crash every 20 mins or so, something probably got corupted.

Let me know if  you have any more idea's if not I will uninstall then re-install it see if that works.
