Izotope RX not working as external audio editor

Hello, i'm starting a mastering studio using Sequoia 17 but i have bugs with Izotope RX (10 and 11). When configuring RX as an external audio editor, I right click on audio file and click on edit with izotope RX, it opens the RX window but no audio is inserted in RX i'm stuck on the home page.

Same goes with RX connect plugin, the audio is captured only after bypassing plugin but it looks like it doesn't communicate properly.

I have Pro Tools and Reaper too and everything's working fine with them. Do you know how i can solve this problem please?

Are you aware there is a dedicated Samplitude and Sequoia forum here? I suggest you register at and repost your question there since It seems very few, if any, Sequoia users visit and post here.
