Issue with VEGAS Pro 22 (EDU) Activation – No Response from Support

Hello everyone,

On January 28, 2025, I purchased VEGAS Pro 22 (EDU) and followed the instructions in the confirmation email. I sent my eligibility proof to verification@magix.net and activated the trial version while waiting for verification.

Since then, I have not received any response regarding my activation. On February 18, I emailed infoservice@magix.net to ask about the processing time, but I have not received a reply.

Now, it’s March 4, 2025, and my trial period has expired, so I can no longer use the software for my work. I still haven’t received the full activation details, and I’m stuck without access.

Has anyone else experienced delays with the EDU verification process? How can I get a response from MAGIX? I would really appreciate any help or guidance on how to resolve this issue.
