This can be done by pulling in another navigation bar on one of your pages, but this is only possibly in the "Deluxe" account type of Website Maker. I've also never tried it with more than two levels of navigation. Not sure whether it's possible off the top of my head. If it comes down to it, you could always create further pages that are only available via internal links from another page and that you make invisible in the main navigation bar via the "Navigation" section in the "Properties" panel of the navigation bar. Not as convenient as having another level of navigation but can accomplish the same effect.
