Is it possible to combine Music Maker 16 with Music Maker Premium?

I have Music Maker 16 instaled and purchased the upgrade to Premium. After the download I noticed that the premium version had less menu choices and was missing alot of things that 16 has. I thought the Premium was an upgrade but it seems like its a generic version of Music Maker 16. What's up with that?

Turn off 'easy mode' - button in upper left under Magix icon.

The two version can share soundpools and most plugins.

I believe only Premium can use 3rd party VST's.
