Is anyone running MEP on a Hackintosh or Mac with bootcamp? Benutzt jemand ein Hackintosh oder Mac mit Bootcamp?

MEP is the only program that I use, needing to run on Microsoft Windows.   However, I much prefer to run Mac OSX as my file manager.  Because Movie Edit Pro is only available for Windows, I wonder: can I use Mac OSX to manage my files, and run Windows just for the MEP installation, all on one machine?

The question is how to do it best? Run on a Mac computer or run on a PC computer?

I envision a Mac running bootcamp (a Mac with a separate drive/partition for Windows OS, in which I could install MEP), or I envision a Hackintosch (a PC with a separate drive/particion for Mac OS, in which I could store and manage all the files).  Someone told me that a Hackintosh is better, because Windows/MEP is going to run much faster on traditional PC installation/hardware.

Has anyone got experience with this?  Because I'm ready to make this happen, if it can be done.

thanks.

<p>I'm supposed to edit this question, or else it gets deleted from the forums after 3 weeks.  Why is that??  Why can't the question simply remain live indefinitely?  Maybe there cannot be an answer until some new technology comes along?  Then I'd like to find out about it, and this question would be one way for me to receive the information!  So, therefore, MAGIX: c'mon, give a guy a break.  It's a valid question.  It's a HARD question!  It's going to take some time to get answered. Let it stay online.  Someone will search "Hackintosh" someday and find it and answer me.
