Invalid voucher? What a waste of money and zero options to get help

Paid for new pro software, yes your product. Followed your instructions, yet crap software reads the voucher code isn’t good? Already used? How I pray?!? I just bought it and code was sealed within box?!? Not easy to use

Not our software as we are just users. What software? What is "Pro" software? Assuming you haven't made an error in typing it in, are using it for the right product, haven't actually used it and just need to log into your account in the program then there's shop@magix.net
