Instrument purchased in Music Maker able to be used in Samplitude Music Studio?

Just a quick question, 

wondering whether an Instrument (VSTi) purchased through the Music Maker interface (Activation Button>Website Purchase) will be able to be used in Samplitude Music Studio? 

(I did a Search here, but only found people asking if the Instruments/VSTi's were useable in 3rd party music creation products, which is slightly different from what I am asking)

Hi,

I have instruments that came with various versions of MMM and SMS as well as 2 that I purchased separately, and they all work with both programs. So long as they have been installed with the program that they came with, they will work with future versions of both programs as well.

I keep all of the installation files in case I have to re-install the programs. That way I don't have to download them again. The instruments show up as separate install files.

I just purchased an new laptop and installed MMM on it  as I am allowed to have MMM on 2 devices at once. I then copied the instrument exe files to it and ran a couple of them. They all ask to be activated and I haven't yet found a solution for this yet. On my desktop, when I upgraded to W10, I had to uninstall almost all Magix programs. I tried to only install the latest version and run the exe of the older instruments. Some seemed to work, others didn't and I had to install the version of MMM and SMS that the instruments came with. This is annoying and there must be some work around. If anyone knows how, I would appreciate knowing. I would not want to install all of the programs on my laptop.

This last part is just a heads up that some instruments may not work in the latest version if the original version is not active.

It's nice to know that MAGIX allowed us to use them their other programs... I will keep that in mind (the having to install the older programs to 'get them working') - thanks a lot!
