Instrument DOWNLOAD FAILED

I just purchased Music Maker Premium, updated the program to the latest version 25.1.2.78. Every time I try to download a new instrument, it starts to download, then fails every time. Sometimes it gets to 10%, sometimes 20%, but then it quits and a pop-up says Download Failed. I have checked all my folder settings and permissions, and everything is good. If anyone can tell me why this might be happening and a way to remedy it so I can use this program I paid good money for, it would be very helpful and appreciated

Hi,

please try "Clean up store" in the programm settings.

After the restart of the program re-login in the store and then try the download again.

I had a similar issue and I did the "clean up store" like was mentioned above and it worked for me, so try it out.

I did try the "clean up store" but was still getting a failure. Ironically enough, what ended up working was when I connected my VPN to Germany where Magix is headquartered (I am in the U.S.), and every download after that worked fine while my VPN was at Germany. But when I turn it off, the downloads continually fail. So, at least I have a workaround and am able to get what I paid for

I tried to download as well, but it kept skipping to 100%, and a pop-up appeared saying 'download failed' . I also tried "clean up store" but that didn't work.

Did you notice you had posted to a thread more than two years old and which refers to a now "old" version of Music Maker?

Please do not do this but rather start a new thread with your question, including details of your computer and what you ahve tried so far.
