Though in many instances, problems are solved faster and easier with information from users who have experienced the same or similar issues... That said, is the application installed on other computes as well? Does your serial number match the one in your 'My Software' on the Service Center page? (you will need the email address and password you used when it was initially registered.

Otherwise contact the MAGIX Customer Service Sales Team for this type of issue... NOT Tech support.
