@Clarence-FergusonJr Does this error appear in Chrome?

Method 1:

You may try to clean/reset the Chrome browser:

Go to Settings. 

Scroll down to show advanced settings.

Click Clear browsing data under Privacy options.

If it is still not working, scroll down further under settings and go to reset settings. This will reset chrome to original browser settings.

If the issue persists, follow method 2.

 

Method 2:

How to temporarily disable Antivirus program, please follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

On the Task Bar next to System Clock, you will see the Security Software Icon.

Right Click on the Security Software Icon, you will see a pop up window.

In that pop up window, select the option to disable.

Click on that option.
